A curious explorer of relational systems.

Alessandra is a passionate, creative and reflective observer of relational systems — at the individual, team and organizational level. Her work centres on a shift of focus from bounded realities to the space-in-between as a rich field of co-exploration and shared meaning.

Working as an executive coach, leadership facilitator and organizational consultant for over a decade, she brings a co-explorative, collaborative and embodied approach to the forming of thriving social bodies.

Her current research and experimentation ask how mycelium — as a transformation and relationing process — can inform social body formation, with applications in leadership, ecosystem dynamics, organizational development and governance. She is writing her first book.
